Cancellations and/or reschedule requests are accepted up to 48 hours (free of charge) before the scheduled service start time. Within 48 hours, you will be charged a fee (normally 50% of the scheduled service cost). No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service charge
We will try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. A 15 min grace period will be allowed. After that time, your appointment is not guaranteed. We may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment which will result in a cancellation fee.
Your satisfaction to our service is very important to us. if you are not 100% happy, please contact us within 7 days from your appointment so we may schedule a follow up appointment to adjust your service. After 7 days, we may not be able to offer free adjustments.
